What are the requirements for applying in the US Navy/?

I'm currently taking up BSHRM here in the Philippines and I'm interested to join the US Navy. Please help me....

Sorry we no longer take Filipino citizens in the US Navy.  That programs has been over for at least 10 years now.  If you want to join the US Navy you will need to look into becoming a US Citizen.  There are a million Filipino's in the US Navy that you can talk to and you have to know at least one of them.
