i think that all you need is a graphics card with 2 dvi outlets

Why would you need 2 sound cards for video?

I don't believe your video card is a dual-head card (even if it's got 2 ports it may not be dual-head) so you'll need to either add a second video card or upgrade your current card to a dual-head capable card.
