What are the requirements for working visa in uk?

I'am a Filipina and i have applied in great au pair and they send me an email and they want me as a nanny to there child and I don't have a working permit and visa to the United Kingdom.That's why I want to know the requirements for working visa so that i can go in UK as soon as possible.

You should ask the family who you will be working for to make the arrangements for you, work visa's etc.  They should probably know that, I am surprised that   they haven't given you more information.  You can't just "work" for them without proper papers.  If they want to hire you, it is their responsibility to do the paperwork to bring you over.
