What are the requirements in order to get a sponsorship and get a visa? do i need to get a CGFNS?

I'm a now a registered nurse in the u.s but i don't have a social security no. in order to work.....

foreign nurses think that once they took the NCLEX and passed, it's all that's needed to be able to work here. unfortunately, it's not true anymore. the US hasn't been giving any immigrant visas to foreign nurses for close to 2 years now... and i don't see any improvements in that area still.

also, immigration has been very strict these days that employers wouldn't want to hire anyone who doesn't have an SSN... nor do they want to file a petition for a visa too. in order to hire you, you'll need to have an SSN already and able to work immediately... meaning, they don't want to wait for who knows when in order for you to start working for them.
