What are the requirements needed for immigration to the European Union ?

for immigrant workers , in what fields do the European countries need man power or workers mostly ? What type of people is Europe specifically looking for in the upcoming 5 years ?

You don't actually immigrate to the EU, you immigrate to a country within the EU.  Each country has it's own immigration policies.  First pick a country, then look at their immigration laws, look at if they have a skilled worker program, which workers are considered skilled etc.
