It is very hard to get a german visa. If minors are travelling they need a parents consent to travel. i was denied twice when i applied.And they don't gave you any explainations why your request is not granted.I apply tourist visa. And as i observed it's depend of the documents that you give to them upon applying.

For your sponsor: he/she is capable financially during your stay as a visitor. And for yourself you need also any valid ties to Philippines.check this out for more details.....

It depends where you're from. It's safest to check with your

local German embassy. A lot of countries don't require

a VISA at all for short term visits. However. minors do

always require a responsible supervisor. Depending on

the age this can be someone within Germany or someone

who actually needs to travel with the kid.
