What are the requirements to be able to open a smoking (Tabaco) store?

It be helpful if someone can tell me what the requirements are. I live in New Mexico. If you're going to tell me smoking is bad and what not don't bother posting anything here...you probably have bad habits yourself.

You will have to find out the regulations of the county you are in, not just the state.  You will likely need a license, which you will either get from the county clerk, or at least be informed where you get it, Then you will need to find a location that will allow the sales, some strip malls and such have regulations against what they allow.  Then you have to decide if you will allow smoking in the store, which some places allow, but need exemptions to smoking laws that may be in your area.

I believe one of the first requirements is to learn how to correctly spell the product you are interested in selling.  It's "tobacco".
