  1. Masters degree, in which a practicum is completed.  Courses include: maths, sciences, chemistry, anatomy


  2. all i know from my physical therapist is there is about 8 years of medical school and then a year or two of internship. They told me this because i had a knee surgery and i got very close with them, they said it was the most rewarding job ever.

  5. In the US, it requires graduating from an accredited PT program which results in either a masters or doctorate degree and then licensure after examination.  

    Most PT programs requrie you to complete a set of prerequisite courses mostly in math, sciences, and psychology. You then apply for admission, which is typically competitive.
