What are the requirements to do the darkrai event?

ok i used my action replay to get the event. i talked to the green guy and he gave me the member card. anyway it won't let me in the hotel. do i need the national dex? if so i would like the code for national dex if you happen to have it. (OH and don't bother me saying it's cheating i don't care, and i want to do the event which means i won't exept answears that say they can get me any pokemon)

Well, your action replay should already be coded with a "100% complete pokedex" setting, however, in the game, you have to hold down R or select for a while to fill it up. That's an automatic national dex right thar. C:

After that, if you have the card, getting in the hotel should be quite easy. 8D

Yes, you need the National Dex, and no, I don't have the code because, I hate to say this, but it really is cheating.
