What are the requirements to get a working/residence permit in Germany?

I've checked the Phil. Germany Embassy website but only tourist,business & visit visa requirements were only there.

Depends on what country you are coming from, anywhere in the EU and you can just rock on in, otherwise it is very restrictive, I suggest contacting a German/EU embassy in your own country
