What are the requirements to go over seas as a student?

i was thinking of going to Russia or the middle east (Israel or Egypt )for 2 terms. doing so should not disrupt my major sense its all online (Criminal justice and criminology bachelors degree from Portland state university)

i wish to get in to the FBI or CIA someday so time overseas would help me a lot.
