What are the requirements to keep a sterlet (small sturgeon)?

I've seen them in petshops and they are pretty cool.

they could get 40-50in long

they need ponds with good water conditions and eat crustaceans and mollusks but they also need special food such as TetraPond Sturgeon/sterlet sticks.

You will need a tank that is large enough for them to set up a small operating room in one corner.  They will also need a couple of nurse sharks to help with the sturgery.....  ;o)
