What are the requirements to put your arcade machine in a restraunt? and were do i get it certified?

Each state is different but are all about the same. Check with the local tax office is best.

In many states you need an operators license and tax number for each machine. Each machine would be collected and recorded of the profit. But also in most cases i the estblishment owns the machine and its not a gambling machine, you treat it as part of business and just account it in with a monthly register.

Some states are more of a pain to deal with. You may need to use a token or game card sysytem. You will collect maney at an register as a sale.
