  1. I beleive it must be just citizenship because when I was watching the table tennis last night they said most of the Singapore team was born in China but need to move to other countries to have a chance at competing.


  2. to be a citizen then beat the best of the best in your choosen event,even  breast feeding has a olympic record to beat now!

  3. You can actually have citizenship, or your family (parents, grandparents) could have had citizenship.  That's why you'll see a lot of people who were born in the US and have US citizenship competing for other countries.
