What are the requirements to teach English in a different country ?

I want to teach english in a different country and I was wondering what I would have to take in University for this ?

Depends on which school you plan to teach in:  is it a private or public school, what are the requirements (for some) , most requires some form of teaching credential, but for language, native speakers might get away in some area.  However, any 4 year universities are not likely to hire someone without a min of MA/MS degree.  you might want to try High schools, and junior highs.

Get your 4 yr.degree here(bachelors).Then get your teaching certificate in the country you wish to teach. You need to learn their language in order to teach english(I'm sure you already knew that).

I would write,e-mail or whatever and they can tell you...They pay alot more money in foreign countries.Private schools pay more too. good luck!
