Any restaurant you go into along Rush Street. Rush/State between Oak and Division, you'll see them walking down the street.

They are also very expensive...so famous people would probably go there.. :)

Rockit is really popular with celebs.... and non-celebs.

One of the owners, Billy Dec, is buddies with lots of Hollywood types, especially David Schwimmer. So you'll see them over there.
