What are the richest communities in Canada?

I know Oakville, Ontario is one, but if anyone has a list, i would be curious to know.

  1. property value wise it is vancouver , there are no turn key  houses left under 800,000. one house third least desirable area  built 1947  32 foot  frontage. 40 foot depth . completed for ww2 veterns 1.3 million dollars . a family of three is speding 82 percent of thier gross income on , mortgage and utilities . it is totally wrong , to deprive future generations the right to own a house in canada income wise the above poster has very accurate list . the shainessy list . these homes have been in the same familkies since 1900s . i doubt if any will ever go up for sale . just outrages mansions . whistler , does not have many homes owned by individuales , european buiness use the mansions ther for de tox executives . there are 2 homes for sakle in excess of 8 million . per capita possibly makes list .


  2. I know that the average price for houses in Vancouver is around 550,000, and the population is about 2 million, with roughly 25% of those earning an above average salary.  So, my guess is that Vancouver is probably the richest in Canada.

  4. Yea in Shaugnessy the houses are HUGE

    and you can rarely find a house in West Vancouver for under a million.
