  1. All fruits and veggies are healthy for you, things like avocado's and olives which are really high in calories and natural fats are best to eat less often (avocados they say about 1 a week). When you eat fruits like apples, nectarines, grapes etc that are high in natural sugar you want to combine it with a protein like raw nuts, cheese, raw seeds etc. Not a lot but something to help balance those sugars. Keeps your body functioning best!

Fruits: bananas, apples, plums, grapes, oranges, nectarines, strawberries, berries in general, avocado, tomato, olives, dates, pears, peaches, raisins, watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple, apricots, pomegranate, tangerine, mango, dragon fruit, lemon, lime, dragon fruits, figs...

Veggies: bell peppers, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, carrots, potatos, corn, peas, green beans, snow peas, zucchini, mushrooms (technically is a fungus but is healthy like fruits and veggies), spinach, ruttabaga, turnips, asparagus, artichoke, brussal sprouts, cabbage, lettuce, green onions, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, bean sprouts...

There's a list of fruits and veggies - hopefully that can help! Good luck!!!

  2. The best ones to eat while trying to loose weight are things containing alot of water.. such as watermelon and other melons.

Also celery is negative calories because it burns more calories to chew it then it actually contains.

For the most part all fruits and vegies are great for you though.

Veggies are high in fiber which makes you feel full longer.

  3. It's hard to argue with the health benefits of a diet rich in vegetables and fruits: Lower blood pressure; reduced risk of heart disease, stroke, and probably some cancers; lower risk of eye and digestive problems; and a mellowing effect on blood sugar that can help keep appetite in check.

Most people should aim for at least nine servings (at least 4½ cups) of vegetables and fruits a day, and potatoes don't count. Go for a variety of kinds and colors of produce, to give your body the mix of nutrients it needs. Best bets? Dark leafy greens, cooked tomatoes, and anything that's a rich yellow, orange, or red color.

i literally just copy and pasted what i thought was important from this website..

    Try it out!

  4. Any fruits and veg. I use organic fruit & veg.

    Hope that helps you.

  5. Most all of them.

I like to get a bag of baby carrots to watch tv with.

It sure beats chips and dip.

  6. I would say....every fruits and veggies.....
