What are the rights of guests at a casino in Nevada to not be hustled out of their winnings by other guests?

I am aware of a casino that allows a local prostitute to follow casino winners around the table games whispering in their ear and rubbing against them until they give her money.

Las Vegas casino do not encourage the hookers, but some of them take a more tolerant attitude toward them than others.  

It is a matter of  casino's policy to what degree they tolerate hookers.  We do not want anyone "plucking our pigeons."  Anyone who comes into our casino selling anything (s*x, ties, or anything else) takes money out of the pockets of our customers.  Also, without any control over the transaction, we do not anyone giving our store a bad reputation with our customers.  

On the other hand, I am aware of some other casinos in the Las Vegas area where a few hookers are an a first-name basis with supervisors in the pit, security, and bartenders.  I doubt that management endorses that.  Also, sometimes I feel that the "street walkers" in the Paris casino in Las Vegas are somehow appropriate because they remind me of the streets of Paris.

Prostitution is illegal in Clark County, where Las Vegas and the Las Vegas strip are located.  A lot of people think that anything goes, but even in "sin city" we have some laws.

Couple points:

1. it's illegal. prostitution is only legal outside of city limits in vegas.

2. It's not technically prostitution, it's more like harassment, and technically it's a form of protection racket (give me money to protect you from me.) or, it could be construed as begging.

3. i've been in some scummy casinos (near the greyhound station downtown) where she may be one of the employees.

4. sounds more like an urban legend, e.g. i heard from a friend of a friend, etc.

sounds like you are being told a tale there my friend because no matter how much i have won I would not pay sa hooker to go away best advice call the pit boss over and tell him if you do not take care of this problem you are going to the casino across the street you might even get some comps out of it. but the whole thing is you gotta win first in your question before the w***e follows you around.

So don't play there.  There are plenty of casinos where this would not fly.  And I'm pretty certain that if you told security you would be left alone.
