What are the risk factors of large accumulated smegma?

I could not retract my f******n back years ago but now I can. When I did I found extreme amounts of white smegma. I haven't washed it in years. I know disgusting. But do I have an infection? Please help!

You really really really need to give it a good clean out.  Smegma that accumulate under the f******n is actually part of a group of chemicals known as carcinogens which means they can cause cancer.  This isn't something you need to freak out about though - just keep yourself clean down there.

Errrr, if you can pull your f******n back now, just wash. Its not a complicated procedure, and all you need for it to be successful is a warm shower and bar of soap.

lol! i notciced the smae thing this morning. i could never pull my f******n over my glands and i thought i had phimossis or a tight frenelum. this morning tho i just pulled back as far as i could in the bath and large amounts of smegma came out and i mean LARGE. it wasnt that i didnt wash my p***s its just i couldnt and i could always feel lump under the skin and i thought it was my glands now but it was actully the smegma and smegma nothing to worry about it semlls tho so clean it out but now tho i can pull my f******n over my glandes and i feel fine like everythings working and all. im just happy i can pull it back now. good luck!
