basically none. because of the FAINT amount of "medicine" in the product there's no chance of overdosing.

probably allergic reations.

not seeing "fast" results.

Irritation over spending your money on an overpriced placebo. Maybe abdominal discomfort if you are lactose intolerant.

Some of the risks of homeopathy could be allergies due to certain ingredients in the remedies.

In acute situatuations, patients see an immediate response; however in more chronic cases where the patient has been suffering for a while the response is slower because a deeper treatment has to be done.
