  1. Oh the job is definitely that, a job.

    To summarize this:

    To lead - As the EIC it's all you. You're the one running the show, making decisions about what goes in the paper, what doesn't, what are good stories, etc.

    Take care of your paper. It's yours. They are fragile things that in one story can be shot down.

    Are you looking for something more specific, like how to do the job?  Are looking to be an EIC?
