Depends on what state you live in.  Or in your case it may be country.  I don't know all the facts but normally you can't drive after dusk unless you have a valid driver over 18 in the car and you can't be on the road after 11PM or midnight regardless of who are with.   There is usually vehicle size restrictions as well.
