Card counting ~can~ get you banned, everything else will most likely get you arrested and banned.

Some tactics to cheat in blackjack that will likely get you arrested are:

-Having a teamate Viewing the dealers hole card from behind the table and signalling a player

-Marking the cards

-Removing cards from the game

-Playing in collusion with the dealer(dealer signals you his hole card or somethign to that effect)

-Capping your bets  placing more chips onto your bet after the round has been dealt and it is beneficial to do so.

-Using electronic devices to count cards or for some other tactic.

Card counting may get you banned if you pose a large enough dollar threat to the casino, so can shuffle tracking.

You can play off the dealers hole card legally so long as it is only made available to you by "accident"

I would like to clarify that while i am aware of these illegal tactics, i personally do not condone or use them since it is possible to gain an edge without using them.  Card counting and shuffle tracking is as far as i will go.
