  1. The rules regardin g team composition of IPL Teams are asfollows:

Total squad strength of 16 players plus one physio and a coach

    • No more than 8 foreign players in the squad and at most 4 in the playing XI

    • A minimum of 4 local players must be included in each team

    • Not less than 4 players from the BCCI under-22 pool in each team

  2. Check it out completely on the official site.

First I saw rules like 4-under 19s in the playing 11, only 2 overseas players in the playing XI and so on. But now none of the teams seem to have even 2 under 19s in their whole squad, and the rules are nowhere to be seen now.

Scoring points are just like the IPL. No draws, there will b bowlouts. Runrate will be considered in case of tie.

Top 4 will play one semi each. winners will play the finals.

The semis and finals are at Mumbai.
