Bought it at a thrift store and can't find the instructions on the internet anywhere.

    The maker is Winning Moves Games.  SkyCapers was released in '95, and they don't appear to be supporting it on their website anymore (at least in the rules section).  I'd recommend contacting them directly to inquire about a copy of the rules.
