1.  Throwing to 1st and not stepping toward 1st

2.  Starting to throw to first and stopping

3.  Simulating a throw to deceive the runner

4.  Not coming to a complete stop for 1 second when coming to set position

5.  Not having the ball in the unglove hand before coming to set position

6.  After coming to set position moving to deceive the runner

7.  Dropping ball after coming to set position

8.  Starting windup and stopping with a runner on base

9.  Being on the mound to get sign and not having the ball

10. Throwing the ball and not having foot touch the rubber
