What are the rush hours in Paris during a normal weekday?

I want to make sure that I allocate enough time to get to Charles de Gaulle Airport. Will be taking Roissy bus from Opera.

i took the roissy bus last summer,and it took around half an hour to reach the airport.

i noticed that the streets get considerably busier around 1pm,when most parisians take their lunchbreaks,

but there was never much change in the levels of traffic-they remained similar throughout the day.

7:30 to 9:30 am and 5:00 to 7:00 pm (could start earlier and extend till much later on Fridays)

If you are afraid of traffic, why don't you take the RER, it's more reliable and faster (40 minutes from the center of Paris). The A3-A1 highway is a horror in the morning, even going away from Paris.
