What are the safest neighbourhoods in Vienna?

I maybe working in Vienna as an academic scholar. I know that Vienna is a safe city, but I really wish knowing the safest parts of the city there in order to live a comfortable life.

My best bet is the 'Erste Bezirk'

Unfortunately that is also the most expensive part of the city
