Can someone who speaks French help me with stuff like 'fifteen-love' etc in French... additionally, what is tie-breaker and break point in French?

Hint: Its not a direct conversion, so pls dont direct me to some language translator website. Thanks.

quinze = fifteen

trente = thirty

quarante = forty

égalité  = deuce

(something all)-à (something all)

quinze-trente  (15-30)

trente-à (30-30)

For deuce, I've also heard quarante-à.
