This totally depends upon the style of wedding you are having, and what your traditions are...

An example -

2:30 p.m. Ceremony - usually done within an hour, then wedding party goes for photographs

5:00 p.m. Cocktails

6:00 p.m. Dinner (wedding party arrives shortly before dinner starts)

about 8 p.m. - cake cutting

about 8:30 p.m. - first dance, family dances, etc.

about 10:30 p.m. - bouquet/garter toss - then late lunch for guests
