  1. For the order of ceremony, one contacts their officiant.  The ceremony needs to be discussed with the officiant.

  2. This totally depends upon the style of wedding you are having, and what your traditions are...

    An example -

    2:30 p.m. Ceremony - usually done within an hour, then wedding party goes for photographs

    5:00 p.m. Cocktails

    6:00 p.m. Dinner (wedding party arrives shortly before dinner starts)

    about 8 p.m. - cake cutting

    about 8:30 p.m. - first dance, family dances, etc.

    about 10:30 p.m. - bouquet/garter toss - then late lunch for guests
