if you cut off blood circulation the p***s would eventually go purple then black and you wouldn't have any feelings there. kinda like frost bite or docking a tail. you would have to make sure that it was on real tight and done when it was not erect. i think it would just fall off eventually if nothing was done to re-establish blood flow
