What are the side-effects of taking NORMAL tylenol to make yourself to to sleep?

Well, i couldn't go to bed so i took tylenol. Soo yeah. it wasn't tyenol PM but it made me tired and i fell asleep. What are the side-effects, please answer? thanks.

If you used it on a regular basis, there is a risk of liver damage.

Why would you waste 5 points on a question like this? One the box would have the side effects & two regular Tylenol will not make you fall alsleep.

side effects are on the bottle, as long as you took the regualar dose you'll be fine

regular tylenol dosen't make you sleepy though, its just all in your head, if you think a pill will put you to sleep faster, it probably will, i've stayed up for hours and couldn't sleep, then got up at 3 am, took a tylenol, and fell asleep right away

Tylenol's side effects will be listed on the package of Tylenol. If you fell asleep from taking a regular dose, either your body was tired enough and it was coincidence, or it was a mental suggestion because you took a pill.

Regular Tylenol has no ingredients that will automatically make any given person tired.

You're fine as long as you're not allergic to it ;-)
