  6. When I respond to a question, it is normal for me to feel subconsciously predisposed to a certain fullness of my mind, to what is the best in my knowledge and in my ability. In the case of this question, however, I feel as if I would be questioning the very disposition of mine, the hidden recess within that I quite peacefully take to be just me, where I rest undivided, undisturbed, serene, clam, and completely at ease with my thoughts. The surface might get turbulent every now and then but the inner depths that are never stirred or put in turmoil of superficial nature.

Then when I try to read the true ‘sings and symptoms of inner peace’, as you propose, I feel as if I am questioning what I normally do not question, instead, I question what questions on my behalf. I question all that I find is dividing and disturbing, is bereft of hope or light, is lost or lacking in some regards or the other.  But then I also see that I question in my profound eagerness to know, out of an overwhelming sense of familiarity, as when I ask someone who I like and know, who I find somewhere quit unexpectedly, questions to express my pleasant surprise. I question in love and longing for things I admire, and therefore earnestly seek, when I know the answers, still ask may be just for the rest of the world to know the way I do. This I take to be the true symptom of inner peace. Then, I like to talk to people and that I regard to be the sing of inner happiness.

I think when we seek to know without having to know, when we like to share what we have, when a life is full to the brim, when there is plenty in our grasp, and plenty more to share, we are most likely to be there, within the blissful recesses of inner peace.

  7. Hello,

(ANS) The signs of true inner peace are compassionate dispassion. Which is NOT the same as complete detachment nor total indifference to other human beings either. It is a state of mindfulness and being totally the center of one's self ( a state of being fully grounded as well as very well balanced). A condition that is free from fear, anxiety, worrying, anger, happiness or numbness, it is a state free from a cluttered mind too. It is like a clear blue sky without a single cloud within it.

**When you have realized total inner peacefulness of your entire being, your life could end there & then and you wouldn't have a nano seconds regret about it.

**This is only a condition or state that can be experienced not talked about really in the intellectual sense, therefore I cannot really give words to this experience that will ever do it fully justice. To have that experience is beyond words or thoughts if that makes sense?

    Ivan.
