Great point Lance. A pedophile is someone that molests/sexual assaults children after preying on them. That could involve developing a relationship and befriending the kids in the neighborhood. Or they could drive around snatching them up. The point is that there are no telltale signs. If you suspect someone then make sure that you talk to the children you see them spending time with, including their own. Ask if they have been touched/treated inappropriately - anything sexual or overtly personal. Look for changes in behavior - more sexually explicit, more withdrawn, or more angry than normal. Just always be aware and good luck.
