What are the signs that a guy really likes me & do drug addict`s know how to love? men please answer too.?

I wonder sometimes are there ways to tell when someone really loves you? I personally don`t tell someone I love them unless I really do, in the past I had a relationship where the guy said he loved me, but his actions didn`t match his words. to me that is strange because I mean it when I say I love someone, of course my heart was shattered, but I'm ok now. I later learned he had a drug addiction, and mental disorders. Could that be why his words didn`t match his actions?

When someone really loves you, his actions will match his words and you won't have to question it....IF there are no other factors involved such as drug addiction.  I'm sure your boyfriend meant it when he said he loved you, but he was addicted and therefore "loved" his drugs more.  

Depending on the mental illness, you could also have the same scenario where the person is not well enough to be able to show you love.  It's not necessarily that they don't mean it, it's that they are "stuck" with their mental health issues.
