  1. The Texas hill country looks similar to the hills of Spain.  The Spanish spoken in Spain can be understood by people in Texas who speak Spanish.


  2. Not much. I lived in both places for an extended period of time. I'd probably have to say just the presence of the Spanish language are the only similiarities.

  3. Parts of Spain kind of resemble Texas.  The climate is similar in some places and you might see bulls, which may remind you of Texas.  In fact, many old Westerns that were supposed to take place in TX or other southwestern states were actually filmed in Spain and Italy.  

    The similarities pretty much end there.
