Fire signs are courageous and self-assertive. They are also idealistic and visionaries as well as having an active life force. They are the creative signs of the zodiac.

On a negative trait, if they misuse or exaggerate their traits, they become ruthless and self-imposing and fanatics. They tend to imposes their authority like Aries always wanting to be first, Leo with thier bossy attitude and Sagittaius with their refusal to be restricted.

Health-wise, you are correct to say that Leo rules the heart and the aorta and the lower back (dorsal region). Disturbance of the spleen is often seen causing an excess of white blood cells.

They often suffer from angina, hyperanemia fevers and meningitis.

Sagittarius rules the hips, thighs, sacral region, sciatic nerve. They are prone to lumbago, sciatica, rjeumatism, his disease and accidents to the thighs.

Aries rules the brain, cerebral hemisphers, eyes, upper jaw and internal carotid arteries. Thus, neuralgia, insomnia, cerebral congestion, brain fever, baldness, hdeadache and dizziness, as well as eye affections and toothaches are all part of Aries incluence.

It would be hard to top Jung's answer. That pretty much nailed it. I just wanted to say that fire signs are known to have passion and enthusiasm and our tempers are volatile. We are very dramatic - a lot more than the other signs. We each have strong opinions and we like to express them openly. We tend to be quite rebellious; we don't care if others follow our lead. We're fiercely independent....and a bit belligerent. We're also spontaneous and restless. We're honest and can be way too blunt on occasion, but it's not meant to be malicious. Additionally, we're romantic and passionate s*x is very important.

The real negative attribute about us would be tendency towards arrogance. We each seem to afflicted with a certain amount of it.
