  1. similarities: all are being sold overpriced.

differences: don't know about acai, but am familiar with mangosteen and goji.  Mangosteen in my opinion is overrated.  Goji, or rather, chinese wolfberry is quite common in china (don't believe the "himalayan" c**p) and is in fact a common ingredient in soups and stews.  It is known to have antioxidant properties, among other things.

Just google "guojizi" for the lowdown on wolfberry.

  2. Of the three, acai is clearly the superior fruit and, yes, I would agree that you would be better off eating the raw fruit.  You don't happen to live near the Amazon, do you?  Well if not, then the best way to get the acai berry into your diet is this juice blend.  The acai berry contains antioxidants, trace minerals, fiber, omega-3-6-9 fatty acids and protein.  In this patented freeze dried process no other acai product comes close.

  3. they dont work...i can prove it to you.  They are over-rated with no scientific proven research.  Send me an email and I can give you further proof you are looking for to compare in a fair manner the three.  immunotec4life@yahoo.com

  4. Acai (Monavie), wolfberry (Goji) and mangosteen (Xango) fruits are all very high in antioxidants as shown by their Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) score, with wolfberry being the best overall. However, much of the antioxidant power of these fruits is lost when they are juiced.

The best way to tell what you are getting for your money with Monavie, Goji, and Xango is to check out the nutritional panel on the back of the bottle. You will be able to see just what you are getting in each serving. I'll summarize the three and add a fourth for you to take a look at.

    Monavie

Main Ingredients: Acai berry and mixed sweet juices.

    Nutrition (per cent daily value):

    Vitamin C - 25 per cent

    Iron - 2 per cent

    Goji

Main Ingredients: Wolfberry and white grape juice.

    Nutrition (per cent daily value):

    Vitamin C - 25 per cent

    Potassium - 1 per cent

    Xango

    Main Ingredients: Mangosteen fruit.

    Nutrition (per cent daily value):

    Daily value not established.

    Youth Juice

Main Ingredients: 7 organic whole berries (not just the juice) and 3 marine vegetables.

    Nutrition (per cent daily value):

Vitamins A, C, D3, E, K, B6, B12, Thiamin, Niacin, Folate, Biotin, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Molybdenum - ALL 100 per cent of daily value.

Guess which one I chose. Please message me if you have any questions.

  5. The similarity is the high number of antioxidants in each and the ridicules price of those juices. The differences are the polysaccharides in them. You better off eating the raw fruits.
