Similarities is that they are both monarchies through tradition and historical value, the big differences are the dictators are absolute monarchies, the king, queen, etc has total control for better and worse. The constitutional monarchies have little to no political power and a parliment is over them and the rest of the country. Constitiutional monarchies are mere figureheads.


  2. The difference between Queen Elizabeth II and Fulgencio Batista, respectively.

  3. A constitutional monarch, such as the Queen of the  UK is an advisor who helps the ruling Parliament;a dictator doesn't have to listen to Parliament and can do whatever he or she likes,until removed from office.
