  1. Belgian Lace.  It is a sign of a superior beer head and clean glassware.

  3. when you drink wine, the "legs" is the wine that drips down from the circles you speak about.  i don't know if there's a name for the circles that you're talking about - maybe progress bars?  :)

  6. I've reconsidered it and I'm pretty sure you mean "Belgian Lace", the rings/film left on the glass from the head.
