What are the skyscrapers or shopping malls underconstruction in jeddah?

No skyscraper future plans in Jeddah,maybe except for the diamond tower, I wonder why since it's an important business center.

The newest mall is Red Sea mall, nicely built and 2 minutes from the sea shore.

There is another mall currently under construction, which is China Town mall, it's a big building that looks like a chinese house, it's located opposite to Saudi German hospital.

The newest electronics store is "Big Box", it's similar to Extra store, it's located on sitteen road

I read recently that Jeddah land isnt that good for skyscrapers, and those that insist on building must pay much more than others for the structure to be stable. Not sure how accurate that is though.

I know that DAMAC is building a residential tower. Im not from Jeddah though so im not sure.

Being from Riyadh I think Jeddah needs a new airport ( they are building a new one arent they? ) , a sewer system, and better streets! Jeddah deserves better.
