What are the small bugs i keep finding?

My flat has recently had an infestation of small bugs. they are about 4mm, creamy white and occasionally black. I often see them on books and in papers but they are getting everywhere now and seem to be increasing in number very quickly.

I see those too.  They seem to have multiplied in the damp weather and they like to hang out in damp spots.  They are small and sensitive, so a good spray with bug killer around windows and damp spots wipes most of them out.
