  1. Here are a few:

    - Individual income

    - Family income

    - Occupational prestige

    - Occupation type

    - Age

    - Race

  2. income, job location, population, pollution, economy, security...

  3. MONEY!!! that would seem to be a big factor.

  4. If someone is emotionally attached to where they live, they are more likely to be social, and open. People who feel comfortable in their surroundings often makes more friends and keep them longer. People who aren't completely comfortable with where they are, are more likely to be antisocial or depressed. Even small things could affect how you social you are and how you feel about where you live, like a certain street or a restaurant or the whether, or anything. If someone is completely comfortable with all that, then they're probably happier people in general

  5. Some people look for safety in a place they want to live. Others might consider if their is too many or too little children in the neighborhood. School districts are important if you have children and finding a community that has similar interest as you do. If there is a gym or a park close by, malls, etc.

  6. Well where I was from the choice is simple.

You either stay there in that rat-hole,

go on welfare, get free cheese and hassled

    daily by poorly-paid cops, or

    you GO ANYWHERE ELSE,

    and GET A LIFE!

  7. Well I have noticed that people with a lot of money like to live near the golf course or in an upscale neighborhood. They join social clubs and go to pricy charity doings.

  8. money and choices available to the individual.
