What are the some ways to keep your computer away from spyware?

now my computer gets infected easily with spyware and other kind of vireus so what should i do to keep it working..............

Ensure you have anti-virus software such as avast home edition installed http://avast.com

Ensure you have a firewall

Install, update and use the following at least once a week -

SUPERantispyware http://superantispyware.com

Spybot Search and Destroy http://safer-networking.org

Install ccleaner and use once a day http://ccleaner.com This has 2 scans, ccleaner and registry. Run them both and delete what they find. Run the registry one until nothing is detected as this sometimes takes a few goes.

If you download anything be sure to scan the files with your anti-virus software. In the case of avast you right click on the file and slect scan with avast.

You can use Nod32 antivirus, which also works as antispyware. It works great as i am using it.
