You walk into your bank, you fill out a form where you have to write down who you are sending it to, and what their banks name is, what their banks routing number is and what their account number is. You pay a fee (usually around $30-40) and then your bank sends the money to their bank account. This usually only takes 1 business day. They go and check their account and theres your money in it. viola.
