That is a very good link Odie gave you Nay, do you want to sell your vehicle or buy a new one? I mean a new 2nd hand one? It is always good to ask someone from the AA to come and check the 2nd hand vehicle out for you, they can see if the car was in an accident, is going to need new tyres, service etc soon and they can also check and see if some one fiddled with the odometer or is it now the speedo meter?
