I always order a Veggie Delight and have to fight every time I go to Subway. I was under the impression that Veggie Delights received more veggies than other subs since there's nothing else on it! Anybody know what the Subway standard veggie topping amounts are?

  1. The recommended amount for a footlong :

    1.5 ounces of lettuce

    6 slices of tomato

    6 cucumbers

    6 pickles

    6 green pepper slices

    6 olives

    1 ounce of onion

    6 banana peppers

    6 hot peppers

  2. My footlong gets about 5 tomatoes, 5 pickles, Depending on how the green peppers are sliced. 4-5 onions rings. This is the meat or chicken sandwich.

  3. Nope same amout as the other subs, but you pay a lot less normaly (at least before the 5 doller thing)

  4. i add cheese to mine and have to fight to get the same amount of cheese on my sub as they put meat on others. even after i tell them i will pay they have a fit. I do get extra lettuce, not my choice but theirs..grrrr i know how you feel.
