  1. PG-Mainly the pass-1st player that runs the offense.Or sometimes it is the 'scorer" on your team.

SG-Usually the main scorer on the team, drives to the lane and gets to the foul line.or if he like to shoot,he cuts and get open for shots.

SF-Usually the player that guards the best player on the team, the SF is a lot like the SG but plays more D.

PF-The "bruiser" most of the time, like to get physical and rebound and score in the post and take mid range jumpers.

If the PF is a wimp (like Dirk Nowitzki lol) he could also be a shooter.

C-Obviously the tallest player on the team. The C usually rebounds and posts up on the block. He is also the most physical player on the team, boxing out for boards, getting position for a post up,etc.

(Note-if the tallest player is a weak player that avoids contact, let him take the jump, but let him be the PF and let the More aggressive player be the C)

    Hope this helps.

  2. (C) Center - He is suppose to man the paint. A big man (probably the tallest guy on the court) that will anchor your defense.

(PF) Power Forward - A big man who can score with his back to the basket. A jump shooting or sky hooking big is recommended. A versatile guy should be here.

(SF) Small Forward - Not as big as the PF in terms of size but is usually the one-on-one type of defender. A good defensive guy should be here.

(SG) Shooting Guard - Probably the best player. The scorer. A guy who can score a lot of points for your team.

(PG) Point Guard - The floor leader. The one who distributes the ball for his teammates. He should be a good ball handler and passer.

  3. Point gaurd - playmaker. makes everyone else look good. should be the best ball handler on the floor.

Shooting gaurd - need a 3? This guy will knock down any open shot. He also has very good ball handling skills. Good at drivining in as well.

Shooting forward - knocks down the open shot. Drives into traffic to finish and make contact. Their skills enable them to score anywhere. Usually (this isn't always correct) they can make the occasional 3.

Power forward - can post and shoot well. is also a key rebounder. Usually only scores inside (unless your dirk nowzitki).

center -  the tallest guy on the team. great at rebounding and scoring inside. Needed to gaurd other really tall centers.

  4. 1. Point Guard - He is the extension of the coach inside the court. He is the one orchestrating the offense, and provides leadership.

    2. Shooting Guard - He is the one providing the outside shots. Must be a 3 pointer.

    3. Power Forward - He is the one that helps  the  center to get the rebounds and inside defense.

    4. Small Forward - He is the one that provides inside offense.

    5. Center - He must dominate inside the court. Offensively he has to score inside and defensively must be the last defender under the bastket to block the opponents shots and to get those rebounds. The center should be the tallest player.

I suggest that the center should provide pick for the shooting guard to make the shooter open for shots.

  5. PG: Smartest player, Playermaker, Ballhandler, Team Leader

SG: Best Shooter, Should be able to handle ball

SF: Most athletic player, High Flier, Defender

    PF: Rebound, Scorer, Defender

C: Biggest, toughest player, Shot Blocker

  6. PG- Parential Guardian

    SG- Stupid Goose

    SF- Sleepy Foot

    PF- Partly foolish

    C- Cramp

  7. WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SG: *Shooting* guard, you shoot good so you play SG

PF:*Power* forward, POWERFUL and running forward!!

SF: *Small* forward  SHORT+SMALL but running forward

C : *Center* you stay in the center[middle] so we call it C.

  8. PG-Passing,A Strong Three And A Leader

SG-Is The Best Shooter In The Team

    SF-Rebounding,A Good Shooter

    PF-Getting  Rebounds,And Scoring

C-Is All About Getting Rebounds And Some Scoring
