What are the state taxes of Georgia?

I'm moving to Georgia, 20 miles west of Atlanta, from Buffalo, NY in October. I'm looking to see what kind of difference I'm going to see in the state taxes. What are the state taxes for Georgia?

GA starts out slow with your first few dollars of income, but everything over $7000 is taxed at 6%.  You will have to check into your city and county but most in GA do not have a local income tax.
